Bananarama Smoothie

A delicious creamy and luxurious smoothie - perfect to kickstart your recovery post-training. Can be tailored for diary-free, lactose-free and/or vegans, depending on your preferences.

Bananarama gut-friendly smoothie

Blitz

• 50g French Bean Vanilla Superflora or Plant-based Vanilla Superflora

• 1 frozen banana (just ripe is best if you’re sensitive to fodmaps)

• 30g lactose-free vanilla ice-cream or dairy-free coconut yoghurt (inulin-free)

• 1 tbsp maple syrup

• 1 tspn vanilla essence

• 400ml lactose-free milk, soy milk or tiger nut milk

• crushed ice

Add a hint of cinnamon for extra sophistication.
