50g of Superflora is a level 1/3 cup or 7 level tablespoons). But your tablespoons might be different to ours, so weigh first.

Fibre is essential for good gut health, but you should increase your fibre intake gradually and up your water intake along with your fibre, especially if you struggle with constipation. You may wish to start with a half serve and follow your shake with a glass of water.

Shake, don’t stir. Use a blender or a shaker to get the best results.

Want some variation? Add a ⅓ or a ripe banana, 1 cup of blueberries, 5 strawberries or a little peanut butter for a delicious smoothie.

Add to overnight oats or protein balls.
