Shake, don’t stir. Use a blender or a shaker to get the best results.
More than a spoonful. Did you know that tablespoon sizes vary around the globe? We recommend adding 50g of Superflora to 250ml chilled water and / or milk (about 7 level tablespoons). But your tablespoons might be different to ours, so weigh first. And adjust the amount of liquid to find your preferred consistency.
Prefer a smoothie? Try our powder with 250ml of your choice of milk (e.g., lactose-free, low-FODMAP soy milk, almond milk, macadmia milk, rice milk or quinioa milk) plus 5 frozen raspberries or 35g of ripe banana to give you extra oompf to power through your day.
