Add 16 g to a mug (around 1½ tbp). Add boiling water, stir & top up with lactose-free milk.
Alternatively, whisk in cold lactose-free milk for a sophisticated milk shake. You’ll need to dissolve the Dark Hot Chocolate in a little hot water first.
You can also stir through lactose-free yoghurt or overnight oats.
